While Senior Counsel at the National Security Agency (NSA), John’s wealth of experience in the dispute resolution area significantly enhanced NSA’s efforts. His review of NSA dispute resolution programs resulted in many improvements that greatly benefited the Agency and its employees. He also organized and hosted a week-long series of employee workshops led by conflict resolution specialists to mark NSA’s celebration of Conflict Resolution Week.
