John Greer published an article in the March 2019 Newsletter of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Maryland State Bar Association promoting a new tool that can help grow your practice and educate clients. The tool, a short video (shown here) demonstrating the basic elements of various ADR processes, can be used to help prepare your clients for mediation or settlement conference. It can also satisfy the Maryland attorney ethical obligation to advise clients considering litigation of alternative processes.
The video is available for use without charge at: ADR-in-a-Box
