Jeff is a certified online mediator who helps lawyers and parties resolve disputes and interpersonal problems. He has experience resolving a wide variety of litigated and pre-litigated conflict. Before starting his own private practice, he was a past director of dispute resolution for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
